Delivery times

We work on delivering your order as soon as possible. The delivery time is 24/48 hours on working days. However, this is excluding product launches, promotional periods such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday or during Christmas as delivery times might vary and might not be guaranteed.

If you place an order on a working day before 2pm, you will receive your order on the following 24/48 hours, otherwise the delivery date will increase one more day. On weekends or public holiday, the orders would be managed on the next working day.

Absent at my address on the delivery date

There will take place a first delivery on the indicated shipping address. If during this delivery you are absent, the courier will try to leave a delivery note in the mailbox. This is not always possible, as sometimes the courier can not access the building portal or housing complex. After this first attempt of delivery, the delegation that distributes your area will try to contact you to schedule and agree on a second delivery at a more suitable time. If also on this second attempt the courier will not find anyone at home, your parcel will be taken to the depot, where you will be able to collect it. If for any reasons they were not able to get in touch with you, please email us at hello@goaorganics.es so that we can provide you their information contact or help you with anything you may need.

Order Tracking

You can track your order by using the link placed on the confirmation email. If you prefer, you can also track your order using a tool that you will find in the SMS that the logistics company will send you.

The delivery address is wrong

We recommend you to revise carefully the delivery address indicated on your orders in order to make sure the details are correct and complete, as it will not be possible to make any address changes once the order has been shipped without generating additional delivery costs. If you detect any details error, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@goaorganics.es.

Public holidays

Non-working days in our logistics centre for 2021. On these days, orders are not prepared and therefore orders will be delayed to the next working day. We apologize for the inconveniences.
